Richard C. Waring, AIA of the Waring Group, California License C16284, as a partner with ie/CAL Design & Development Center, has over 50 years of architectural work in California and in Oregon.

Tony Encarnacion has over 30 years of architectural and trade show exhibit design experience including visualization techniques in both traditional and electronic media for site planning, conceptual sketches, 3D modeling, photorealistic renderings and animation.

Marcus Asay, MBA brings over 20 years of business and economic development experience to ie/CAL Design & Development Center.  He is also a consultant of United Capital Management, a real estate and mortgage business serving California.

Susie de la Cruz offers business and real estate development acumen with over 10 years of experience and has contracting/building credentials to match.  She too, is a consultant of United Capital Management

Antonio Gastelum joins ie/CAL Design & Development Center as Consultant.  Antonio brings a wealth of experience in economic development, securities, real estate and mortgage business.  Antonio is the Owner and Broker of United Capital Management. He is most notable as an MIT, Massachusetts Institute of Technology graduate with specialty in Urban Planning.

   Besides providing over 100 years of design, engineering, and architectural practical experience,     and working knowledge of municipal, special districts, state and federal design standard                 compliance; the firm, as well, builds creative approaches toward protecting environmental              sensitivities and providing earth-safe energy efficient technologies. ie/CAL Design &                     Development Center, also provides reliable cost estimation and project scheduling.
